The 21 year-old Boulard Carafe is produced from subtle blends of various Calvados varieties from the Pays d'Auge, the ages of which must be between 21 and 25 years or even more.
Following a selection of various Calvados types, each bringing its own characteristics, the head cellarman blends the chosen batches in order to create the unique personality of the Boulard Carafe 21 ans d'âge.

The Boulard Hors d'Âge Calvados is produced exclusively from blends of various Pays d'Auge Calvados varieties, the age of which varies between 10 and 20 years or above.
Following a rigorous selection of complimentary characteristics, the head cellarman blends the chosen batches in various proportions.
They remain in the tun for the time necessary to obtain a perfect smoothness.

Calvados Boulard VSOP is a Calvados from Pays d’Auge, it is issued from ciders which are produced in the geographical area of Pays d’Auge, which is included in the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Calvados zone. Calvados Boulard VSOP is issued of blendings of different Calvados Pays d’Auge from 4 to 10 years old. They will stay in the casks for the necessary time to obtain a perfect dissolve.

Produced from a blend of Calvados varieties from the Pays d'Auge of which the age varies from 3 to 5 years, the Boulard Grand Solage is characterised by its apple fragrance and its amber colour.
